Therapy changed my life at a time when I was struggling. That is why I became a therapist and it is how I know for sure that therapy works. Being able to explore and express feelings with a trustworthy and safe person transformed the way I live. As a counsellor, I strive to offer that same trust and safety to others.

I am currently available for sessions from 5pm until late on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

What can I help with?

I can help you with a wide range of struggles, including with anxiety, grief, anger, fear, self-esteem and self-love, sleep, sexuality, career issues, autism or other neurodivergence, family issues and the search for a meaningful life.

Areas of interest

  • Sleep struggles

    Many of us find it hard to get the sleep we need, no matter what we try and how many expert tips we try to follow. I have had my own struggles with sleep before finding an approach that works for me, and can help you do the same. I can also offer regular late night sessions if needed.

  • Neurodiversity and autism

    I am keen to work with autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent clients. I have deep experience and knowledge of the unique struggles and joys of being neurodivergent. I can help you to explore your strengths and challenges, and to build a life that works with the way your mind works.

  • Creatives and writers

    As a former writer myself, I have found I work well with writers and other artists. Often people are driven to be creative to make sense of wounds in their past or ways they are different from others around them. I can help you explore and understand these experiences.
