Let’s see what we can do.

A person-centred online therapist, working mostly
with autistic & ADHD people

Therapy changed my life at a time when I was struggling. That is why I trained to do this job, and it is how I know for sure that therapy works. Now I strive to offer other people the same trusting and safe relationship that meant so much to me.

People I help include…

  • Autistic and ADHD people

If you are, or think you might be, neurodivergent. it can make a huge difference to talk to someone who understands what.this is like. Exploring this topic is deeply personal, but it’s vital to know you won’t be dismissed or met with ignorance. I can help you to gain insight and build a life that works for you.

You can read more about therapy for autistic adults here, and more about how I work with ADHD people here.

  • University students

I have several years of experience supporting students (and especially neurodivergent students) who are struggling with university life. Whatever difficulties you are facing, it can help to talk to someone who has no agenda of their own for you. This is a challenging time in life and can lead to feelings of intense anxiety, sadness and despair.

I can help you make peace with what’s going on and find a way forwards.

  • People from troubled families

Our parents – or the people who raise us – have a profound and lasting effect on our lives. This is true whether they abuse us or neglect us, whether they demand success or expect only failure, and whether they set a brilliant example or an awful one.

If you know that you are living with the legacy of childhood and want help making sense of it, that is a topic I know very well and one I love to help people explore and make sense of.

Am I the right therapist for you?

I am happy to help anyone who is looking to make a change. In addition to the areas above, I have experience helping people out of depression and grief, to confront and overcome anxiety, through career changes and break-ups, and to achieve self-acceptance and greater self-compassion.
